Who is Neume for?
Neume is being built for participants, families, independent support workers and small care teams in Australia. Care Spaces bring the practical details together around each participant. My Space keeps your personal calendar, tasks and notes private to you.
What is the difference between My Space and a Care Space?
My Space is your private place for personal events, tasks and notes. A Care Space is the shared workspace for a participant’s care group, with access controlled by membership and permissions. Joining a care group does not give anyone access to your personal records.
Can I use Neume yet?
Neume is in development and preparing for early access in Australia. Join the waitlist and we’ll email you when there is an opportunity to try it. The product previews on this site are illustrative and may change.
How much will it cost?
Pricing is still being finalised. The current plan is for participants and invited family members to join at no cost, with a paid option for workers coordinating care across multiple people. We’ll share the details before you choose to join. There is no payment required to join the waitlist.
Does everyone in a group see everything?
No. Each member has permissions that determine what they can see and do. The care group owner manages membership and permissions, and different conversations can have different audiences.
Is this a replacement for provider software?
Neume focuses on everyday care coordination: schedules, handovers, conversations and important information. It doesn’t replace invoicing, payroll, NDIS claiming or specialist provider-management software.
Is Neume a medical or emergency service?
No. Neume helps people organise and share information entered by their care team. It does not provide medical advice or verify clinical information. The Care Card is a summary and does not replace clinical records or emergency services.
